Better Sleep Creates Better Performance

Equitone Supports Human Resilience Through Improved Sleep, Complementing Your Existing Employee Wellbeing Programmes
Modern organisations invest heavily in productivity, resilience, leadership, retention, and wellbeing.
Yet beneath all of them sits the one overlooked variable: Quality of sleep.
At Equitone, we support organisations, staff and colleagues through our understanding of nervous-system regulation and sleep quality using passive frequency-based technology designed to work quietly in the background of modern life.
No apps. No behaviour tracking. No extra effort required.
Just better conditions for the human system to recover, regulate, and perform.

The Modern Performance Problem

High Performance Cannot Exist Without A Good Nights Sleep
We understand that teams are expected to perform at increasingly high levels while working in environments that continuously disrupt sleep and the nervous system. At Equitone we acknowledge these challenges and we are proud to work with organisations offering our proven technology.
Poor recovery accumulates slowly, it often becomes normalised.
People adapt to exhaustion. Until performance, mood, creativity, and resilience begin to quietly decline.

The Sleep Study

Real-World Sleep Data. Real Human Outcomes.
Equitone recently completed an independent real-world sleep study using SleepCycle data across more than 800 verified nights of sleep.
Participants used Equitone sleep products across a 61-day protocol measuring:
sleep quality, total sleep time, sleep efficiency, deep sleep, waking patterns and sleep consistency
The results revealed something important.
For many participants, sleep did not simply improve occasionally.
It became more reliable.
And reliability matters.
Because when sleep becomes something a person can trust again, everything built on top of it becomes more stable too.
Relationships. Mood. Patience. Focus. Decision-making. Energy. Resilience. Performance.
Headline Stats
100% of participants demonstrated a positive directional shift
Over 60% experienced more consistent and reliable sleep
More than 25% demonstrated measurable physiological improvements such as increased deep sleep, improved efficiency, or reduced waking
Participants with the most disrupted sleep often experienced the greatest improvements

Behind Every Metric Is A Human Being

It's not just about the data.
It is about what better sleep gives back to people.
Feeling calmer with children at the end of the day.
Waking without dread.
Having enough nervous-system capacity to exercise again.
Being more patient in meetings.
Feeling emotionally steadier.
Returning to a sense of rhythm.
Many participants described something surprisingly simple:
"I just feel more like myself again."
And in a world of chronic stimulation, that matters.
